Alex G. Verge – President and Chief Executive Officer and Director

Mr. Verge is the President and CEO at Journey and has more than 40 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. He has served as Director, CEO and President of NuVista Energy Ltd., and is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of Alberta. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Engineering degree in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Gerald N. Gilewicz – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gilewicz is the CFO at Journey. Prior to, Mr. Gilewicz served as CFO and VP of Finance at Vero Energy Inc., Devlan Exploration Inc. and Dual Exploration Inc., as well as Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP., and as a Director and Chair of the Finance Committee of the Small Explorers and Producers Association of Canada. He is a Certified Professional Accountant and received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.

Brett R. Boklaschuk – Vice President, Exploration

Mr. Boklaschuk is the VP, Exploration at Journey. He previously served as Senior Geologist and more recently as Manager, Business Development at Journey. Prior to, he held progressive roles in public companies including Canadian Hunter Exploration, Burlington Resources and most recently, Nuvista Energy. He received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from University of Saskatchewan in 1995 and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta.

Aaron Bell – Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Bell is the VP, Engineering at Journey. His previous roles include reservoir engineering at ConocoPhillips, Bonavista, and Angle Energy.

Guido De Ciancio – Vice President, Land

Mr. De Ciancio is the VP, Land at Journey. His previous roles include land positions at PanCanadian / Petrovera Resources, and Harvest Operations and Surge Energy.

Richard Tracy – Vice President, Operations

Mr. Tracy is the VP, Operations at Journey. His previous roles include production engineering at Canadian Forest Oil, Connacher Oil and Gas, and Enerplus Resources.

Ryan Yates – Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Yates is the Vice President, Business Development at Journey. His previous roles include SW Resources, and Associate Director at Scotia Waterous.
